  Mom fell early one morning. I liked that this is a smaller ER so they were able to get to us quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive. While we were there, they had a tech glitch. Even though the delay wasn't very long, the ER doctor kept us informed and apologized for the wait. I appreciated that.
