  As a follow up to : Rob Romans' review, yes he is correct there were some issues as we had a management change over, and the last management team did indeed charge for orders and/or not fulfill orders, but Rob has gotten his order now and all issues have been corrected, as we corrected all issues with any orders and we are back now to 5 star service !as we have always had for the previous 16 years !!
