  Dr. Massani's office is a mess. There are piles of unorganized files in the office. Prescriptions are never renewed on time. Telephone messages are never answered. She admits that her scale is 3 pounds off, and the cheap blood pressure instrument she uses gives wildly different results. During appointments, she stares at her computer screen. In three years, she never gave me a physical, although I am a senior citizen. She simply doesn't care. The tipping point for me was when I went to her for an earache. I told her that I thought I had wax in my ear, and she told me that she saw I had a hole in my eardrum. I went to a specialist,and it turned out to be wax. There are so many more reasons to avoid this "doctor," but just be warned that you are playing with fire.
