  We've been here for almost a year now and aren't planning on leaving any time soon! The value is incredible as it is a similar price as other marinas but they remove and put on our covers and flush the boat for us after we're done. Those are so uncommon that we actually choose to keep driving a little further to come to Anclote Harbors than move to ones closer to our house as they opened up.
  There is some wear and tear on the sides of boat as some people have said here but thats going to happen at any marina.
  They have been very reasonable when it comes to any minor repairs needed on the boat and the year round staff is a great group of people.
  We recommend this marina to all of our friends so you may as well join too!

  We have had our boat stored at this location for 4yrs. Without a problem until management change and we spoke with them. We had requested to have our boat dropped and placed onto our trailer ahead of a storm (24hr notice). We were advised not a problem on the day we where scheduled to pick it up we called to confirm and advised again not a problem and to be there no later then 2:30pm. We received a call back from a lady by the name of Maria who was very rude and unprofessional, who advised that now they can't drop our boat anymore do to them securing their location and leaving. Mind you now 4 yrs as a customer paying 170.00 a month, advised notice and confirming notice too. At this point the marina will be held for any damage to our boat do to staff not wanting to drop our boat. Also we request to speak w management but Maria advised they were not onsite. We made a final call on a recorded line (advised Maria of such) and she told us they there down stairs and couldn't talk to us. Please be aware prior to storing your boat there that they do not follow the policy they set. At this point we will have to contact the police department to assist us in this matter and the refusal of the marina to allow the safe and undamaged return of our boat
