    Much less than impressed with Amvrosia Inc.'s customer service skills! We purchased a set of olive oil and vinegar decanters in a stainless steel rack. I got them home, filled them up only to discover a PUDDLE of vinegar on my dining room table the next morning that left BLEACHED OUT spots in the marble!! A few days later (we live almost an hour from Tarpon, couldn't get back right away) my husband brought his receipt with the store business card attached to it back to Amvrosia. The woman REFUSED to replace the broken bottle saying they have a no return policy. He was not asking for a return. He was simply asking for her to give him merchandise that was NOT DAMAGED! She still refused to give him another boxed set and instead gave him ones that had been on display. She was rude and argumentative to my husband who was still in his MILITARY UNIFORM! I will NEVER GO BACK to this store!
